Sarah J. Willetts earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 2014. Sarah graduated from Allegany High School in 2004 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Frostburg State University in 2009. Sarah is a member of both the Maryland and West Virginia State Bar Associations. Sarah’s father works as a real estate agent and her sister was a local mortgage broker for several years. This perspective into how the title industry works with those entities gives her a personalized approach to the needs of each contract. Returning to Allegany County was an easy choice for Sarah, not only to return as an attorney with the Noonans, where she interned during undergrad, but also to be close to her family. She is a partner in Noonan Willetts, Attorneys at Law and a co-owner in Atticus Title Services, LLC.
