Beau A. Noonan  Esq., Managing Partner

Beau A. Noonan is a 2008 graduate of Capital University Law School (J.D.). Beau was admitted to the Maryland and West Virginia Bar in 2008 and the Vermont Bar in 2013. He received his (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in 2000. In addition, Beau is a 1996 graduate of the former Beall High School in Frostburg, MD.

Before forming Noonan & Noonan, LLC with his father, Beau worked in Seattle, Chicago, Boston, and Columbus in various business fields. Beau returned to the area to work with his father, be close to family, and enjoy his love of outdoor activities. Beau has a beautiful wife and daughter and is committed to a better community and a better world through various philanthropic projects. Beau is co-owner and Managing Partner of Noonan & Noonan, LLC, the parent company of Noonan Willetts Attorneys at Law. Beau is also the majority owner and Managing Member of Atticus Title Services, LLC. In his free time, Beau loves to travel with his family pursuing his passion for outdoor adventure, food, and friends.

Sarah J. Willetts  Esq., Partner

Sarah J. Willetts earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 2014. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Frostburg State University in 2009. Sarah is a member of both the Maryland and West Virginia State Bar Associations.

Sarah’s father works as a real estate agent and her sister was a local mortgage broker for a number of years.  This perspective into how the title industry works with those entities gives her a personalized approach to the needs of each contract.  In addition to her work with Atticus, Sarah is also an attorney at Noonan Willetts, Attorneys at Law, focusing predominantly on family and criminal law, as well as general civil matters.

Tara L. Kellermeyer  Esq.

Tara L. Kellermeyer is a graduate of Lock Haven University in 1998 with a degree in Philosophy. Prior to attending law school, Tara lived and worked in Washington D.C. as a lobbyist for consumer protection issues. She attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and graduated in 2003.

Tara began her legal career clerking for the Honorable W. Timothy Finan. She practiced on her own and with another local firm prior to making Noonan Willetts, Attorneys at Law and Atticus Title Services, LLC her home. Tara has a number of years working as real estate attorney and her experience has given her a unique approach to how she handles the needs of each individual closing. Tara has lived in Allegany County since graduating law school.

Brandy Rush

Brandy grew up in the real estate industry of Garrett County, Maryland, with both parents serving as licensed realtors. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Frostburg State University, then began working in the title industry in 2008. In the years since, she has processed over a thousand real estate closings and gained a vast amount of experience in the industry. Whether a purchase transaction, refinance, or new construction, she looks forward making the closing process as seamless as possible for our clients.
